Hello dear Yogis,

thank you for visiting my channel! I am super excited for you to join my practice - online or in person - and very grateful for the opportunity to inspire you to live the Yoga lifestyle on and off the mat.

My classes offer something for everyone, from introduction and beginners classes to more a more advanced practice. My style is quite fluid (a mix between Hatha and Vinyasa) building strength and length at the same time.

From sweaty fast paced flows that bring your heart rate up to slow and powerful strengthening classes that fire up your core, legs and shoulders. I got you, sis!

I like to focus not only on correct alignment in each posture but also on smooth transitions between the asanas. Balance my friends!

In my Mindful Movement classes you will learn a mix of gentle Yin Yoga inspired stretches, slow and soulful movements as well as breathing techniques or meditations that help you to slow down the nervous system and turn inwards. A very healing and peace-bringing practice...
