About this class

Sometimes it just feels good to have a strength based practice. It feels empowering, to feel a little burn and to work on honing a skill. We feel nourished by the work and revitalised by focusing on a challenge. This series is dedicated to the effort and endurance required for growth. Honing the physical body so that it has the stamina and ability to navigate the spiritual adventure and giving space to be aware and observe what happens and our responses. Remain playful and explore with curiosity.
