About this class

Power Yoga vinyasa flow style class that focuses on the breath, this dynamic strength based class aims to build physical and mental endurance, strength as you care for the body and the breath awareness to bring stillness to the mind, calmness tot he nervous system and encourage the release of heal and repair hormones. Wonderful practice for the anxious, those experiencing stress or anyone needing to get out of their head and into their body.

Special instructions

We advise that you avoid eating up to an hour before your practice, ensure you are hydrated and your environment is warm but well ventilated. Fee free to set the mood in your space with muted light, candles (if you have space and it is safe to do so), salt lamps are a wonderful mood creator and incense can help create a sense of calm.
