Grow Your Practice - Series 1

This is a well-rounded class open to students of all levels. This class will incorporate breath awareness to bring your mind to an internal focus. We build strength and flexibility through the 

practice of classical yoga postures. We come to a place of stillness during conscious relaxation - all in right amounts for a well rounded yoga experience.

J|Day 13 - Hatha - Half Lotus in Crow & Headstand

Get ready to get super expansive in this intermediate level , creative yoga practice exploring the element of ether, or space - that encompasses all elements. This class will focus on working on the qualities of all elements in a creative flow,  leaving you feel balanced and expanded. flowing through Skandasana, chamtkarasana/ wildthing building into Funky headstand.

J|Day 12 - Creative Vinyasa Flow - Funky Headstand

In this intermediate level class, we will go with the flow - working with the water element to bring flexibility to your life focusing on poses targeting the pelvis - strengthen and relax your hips, release tension, and become more flexible and fluid. Peaking in Bird of Paradise/ Swarga Dwijasana.

J|Day 11 - Water Flow - Bird of Paradise

Rejuvenate, restore and relax deeply in this Yin yoga practice, guided by Vinay. Yin yoga is a powerful practice for healing connective tissue in the body, promoting flexibility, releasing tension and healing the nervous system. This Particular class is focused around the hips to release tension around the hips.

J|Day 10 - Yin for Supple Hips - Total Hip Release

An intermediate level, earthy flow practice to focus on rooting down and grounding yourself. Find a sense of stability and security, and improve your balance with this class. We awaken the Earth element by building connection with standing balancing poses and grounding the entire body by supporting the spine in supine poses. flowing through warrior 3, revolving Half moon and other standing asanas.

J|Day 9 - Earth Flow - Twisted Half Moon Var

This Air Element Flow class is all about freeing the front of our body for back bends. The focus will be on creating space in our shoulders, opening the chest and releasing the hip flexors to bring in expansiveness.

J|Day 8 - Air Element Flow - Wild Thing & Camel Pose

Join Vinay for a Hatha yoga session focused on full body strength and flexibility. The class is a well rounded class flowing through asana, pranayama and relaxation, with detail to alignment and emphasis on breathing - giving you a well rounded yoga experience.

J|Day 7 - Hatha - Full Body Focus & Pranayama

In this Fire Element Flow class, the focus is on connecting to the core, building upper body strength and firing up through the whole body, floating our way through core strengthening postures, arm balances and inversions.

J|Day 6 - Fire Flow - Side Crow - Tripod Funky Legs

Hit the reset button with this Yin yoga and guided relaxation class suitable for all levels. In this class the flow is focused around the spine and hips, to help you release any build up tension around the spine and Hips, finishing with guided relaxation for total rejenuvation.

J|Day 5 - Yoga Relax - Yin with Guided Relaxation

Practice with Vinay from a pre-recorded video of a live online class. This is an intermediate level, water element class to find fluidity in your practice as you move into the peak pose Upavishtakonasana.

J|Day 2 - Hatha Vinyasa - Parsva Bakasana

Practice with Vinay a virtual vinyasa to Viparita Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana - if that's a mouthful, then allow him to guide you through this funky, bendy Super Soldier pose. Expect a sprinkling of hip and shoulder openers, forward folds, lateral stretches, twists and balancing poses in class.

Explore the depth of your practice with the recorded classes from my August Immersion. This 12 class pass is the perfect opportunity to learn and develop your yoga practice as a way of life rather than something you do once in a while.  The immersion bundle includes:  8 Vinyasa flow classes, 2 Hatha sessions and 2 Yin sessions with guided relaxation. Yin yoga is a powerful practice for healing connective tissue in the body, promoting flexibility, releasing tension and healing the nervous system. Hit the reset button with this Yin yoga and guided relaxation class suitable for all levels.

This Air Element Flow class is all about freeing the front of our body for back bends. The focus will be on creating space in our shoulders, opening the chest and releasing the hip flexors to bring in expansiveness. Flow will build up to Eka Pada Rajakapotasana.

A|Day 10 - Air Flow 2 - Eka Pada Rajakapotasana

Earth flow practice focuses on rooting down and grounding yourself. Find a sense of stability and security, and improve your balance with this class. Our peak pose for practice would be Baddha Parivritta Uthitha Hasta Padangushtasana.

This 12 class immersion bundle includes: 8 Vinyasa flow classes, 2 Hatha sessions, 1 Yin session with guided relaxation and 1 Pranayama session. The immersion focuses on flows based on the elements - Water, Earth, Fire and Air and we will be working towards 4 peak poses: Utthita hasta padangusthasana variations, Parsva bhuja dandasana variations, Koundinyasana 1 & 2 and transition from 1-2 and  and Wheel variations and drop back.

The theme for the flow would be Koundinyasana 1 & 2 and transition from 1-2

This Air Element Flow class is all about freeing the front of our body for back bends. The focus will be on creating space in our shoulders, opening the chest and releasing the hip flexors to bring in expansiveness. The class will focus on Wheel variations and drop-backs.

S|Day 11 - Air Flow 2 - Backbend Dropbacks

In this intermediate level class, we will go with the flow - working with the water element to bring strength and flexibility to your life focusing on poses targeting the pelvis and working our way towards Parsva Bhuja Dandasana and variations.

S|Day 8 - Water Flow 2 - Parsvabhujadandasana Var

Pranayama is a practice that focuses on the power of breath to calm the nervous system and relieve stress and anxiety. Find stillness and connect to the magic within using some of the tools of breathing in this class.
