After a tumultuous journey through vocational ballet school and struggles with injuries in her professional dance career, Kiri knew the importance of building sustainable strength and a positive relationship with movement.
In 2014 Kiri found herself training at a barre boutique in London, this was her gateway into the fitness industry. In less than six months she became the leading instructor for their flagship studio and has since taught thousands of classes to busy mums, office workers — even Victoria Secret models. Through training such a broad spectrum of women, she noticed that some of her own insecurities were commonplace, and the industry in part was feeding that narrative.
Not satisfied with “master trainer” status and an extensive knowledge of movement from her ballet background, Kiri has gained a diploma in pilates, is STOTT pilates qualified, a pre & post natal specialist as well as attaining multiple CPD’s in in-depth biomechanical movement courses. This has enabled her to work with & teach for top brands, such as Adidas, Sweaty Betty & Lululemon.
