Hi, my name is Suse and I am a barre, yoga and pilates instructor. I have been in the industry for over 12 years and have taught in a few studios across London. I like to teach fun and challenging classes with a focus on technique and form. I believe all these disciplines work synergistically together to create a well rounded workout programme. I started out as a Personal Trainer then discovered the more mindful movement and found a love of teaching in a new way. I live in London with my husband and three boys so understand fully the challenges of trying to balance working out with home life.
