Hi there, my name is Sara and it’s just super that you have found me, Welcome! I am confident that no matter whatever has brought you to this point, I will be able to support you in the next steps of your health and fitness journey.
I have 20 years of teaching experience in a variety of fitness and movement styles (so I just know together we will find your perfect blend strength, flexibility, intensity and fun). I have a range of classes as well as 1:1 private sessions should you need a little specialised support.
I also have over 10 years of experience as a Transformation Specialist with a focus on Nutrition, Behaviour and Relationship Coaching.
The relationship we have with our internal and external environment is so critical to our health and wellbeing and with my experience of working as a professional athlete, dealing with injuries, working through career, geographical, relationship and life-stage transitions I know how much courage change requires.
I also know how incredible the results are and the personal freedom you gain when you face fear and stick consistently to your plan. This is where I am here to guide, teach and support you.

My teaching style is grounded in technique no matter the style of class you choose, there is a consistent foundational theme of strength and endurance for both body and mind. Balanced with plenty of variety and fun. I guarantee a sweaty, fun session that keeps both mind and body engaged while supporting overly stressed systems with a nourishing and holistic approach.

Sara is a former professional ballerina, has lived in NZ, HK, SA, Australia and UK (now for nearly 5 years). She spent 10years as a pro-Figure Sculpting Champion with multiple national titles and world rankings. She spent time training and working with USANavy Seals in a Resilience program in 2012-2016.
Here on kuula she teaches: Pilates, Fitness, Yoga and Barre to help your build strength, correct posture, manage pain and get more mobile.
Sara has Coached Olympians, Commonwealth Games champions, helped a number of amateur physique and bodybuilding athletes turn professional and is ready to work with you to achieve your health and wellbeing dreams.
