This creative vinyasa flow will have you moving the body in wonderfully different ways to empower your mind and body. Using Kim's knowledge as a personal trainer, movement coach and yoga teacher this flow focusses on adaptability of the mind and body. In particularly how we can influence our hip mobility, perfect for anti desking! Expect to move 360 around the mat as well a laugh and play whilst exploring your body in movement.

Kim isn’t interested in how many advanced postures you can achieve, she’s interested in how much you can explore the human movement you have available to you. How much can you challenge yourself in different ways – no matter how “yogi” you think you are or not.

Movement Flow Class 3

A creative style of vinyasa flow centered around the power of connection to our body and mind. Using the concept of biotensegrity we connect the back body, building strength along the whole superficial backline to help safely open the front body. Perfect for anti desking! Expect to move differently and have fun whilst exploring your body!

FOOT & ANKLE focus. The foot is the "root" between the body and the earth. The foot is where every movement we make stems from. All the neurological learning we do is from the ground up. Explore the ankle and foot mechanics through this challenging creative vinyasa sequence, whilst learning how important it is to look after our feet!

Lower Body Mobility Workshop

Whether you're a yogi, gym goer, climber, avid runner or any sport in between, the likelihood is that you're going to want your hips, knees, ankles and feet to play the game!

Join us in this workshop as we bring together knowledge from Kim's PT, movement and yoga background. We'll explore flexibility, mobility and mindfulness practices to help you bulletproof your lower body so you can do what you love for longer.

Class will consist of:
- A 45 minute anatomy tutorial including the hows and why's behind what we're doing.
- Then put what we've learned into practice with a juicy 60 minute movement flow focusing on the lower body.
- 15 min Q&A's to wrap up our session
