About this class
In this practice we invite the breath to help tone the body! We invite the body, mind and breath, to work for you, instead of against you. We build strength and get strong with regular practice. Grow, get strong with regular practice and discover how awesome you, your body is! This practice has some hidden little gems of cardio in to give that full body workout and our regular yoga poses adapted to build strength as we move and breathe.
