About this class

To marry the breath and movement through a flowy mindful practice, to help energise and detox for the day ahead. Each class includes areas of strength, flexibility, balance and a chance for relaxation/meditation. Modifications will be giving throughout, so all students are able to listen to their bodies and find their unique flow . x
