EquipmentMat and always handy to a have a block or 2 and a strap- (This could be 2 heavy books and a belt or a tie ) and a cushions and blankets. These are not necessarily needed for the practice but can add to your comfort.
About this class

A gentle evening practice. Moving slowly through poses where we hold them for longer connecting to the breath, With the added bonus of a longer relaxation . Think Yin to our Yang. We spend so much time in the fast lane, busy thoughts, things to do. This class is more yin inspired, letting go and just being present. Make sure you have lots of cushions, blankets, a block and maybe a bolster if you have one, to help support and nurture. Allowing you to surrender into the poses.
