I started teaching yoga 20 years ago and qualified as a Yoga Therapist 9 years ago. Whilst I have taught pregnancy yoga, birth preparation, post natal recovery, baby yoga and yoga for menstrual health (menopause, endometriosis, prolapse etc) for many years, I have also specialised in using yoga to support people anxiety, depression, nervous system issues and trauma. Whilst most of my therapeutic work is carried out on a 121 basis, I do endeavour to ensure that my group classes (Dawn Yoga and Slow Flow) are inclusive and accessible, and help to resource people to feel stronger, happier and more at ease.
